The Washington, D.C. office of A Global Law Firm is seeking a 3rd-8th Year Associate for the Antitrust and Competition practice group. Candidates must have experience in (1) antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and government enforcement actions or (2) civil antitrust litigation, including handling discovery, drafting pretrial motions, and managing cases. They must should also have experience representing clients in state and federal court as well as enforcement authorities such as the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm or government experience are required. Candidates must be admitted (or eligible to be admitted) to the D.C. Bar.
