The Chicago office of An American Law Firm is seeking an associate
with 1-3 years of experience to join our asset finance and
securitization group. Candidates should have an expressed interest in
representing corporate clients or financial institutions in
securitization transactions. Experience in secured lending, capital
markets or securitization transactions is preferred. The ability to work
well as part of a team is essential. Candidates should welcome the
opportunity to handle a wide range of securitization and structured
finance transactions and to interact directly with clients and opposing
counsel.
