Qualifications:
  • Licensed to practice law in Nevada.
  • 1- 4 years experience in civil litigation defense in the areas of premises liability construction, construction defect and personal injury preferred.
  • Strong legal writing skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated professional who can take initiative and work independently as well as within a team.
  • Positive Attitude

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of written motions and discovery
  • Court appearances on discovery conferences and oral argument of motions.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Document review and analysis for purposes of case strategy and development of defense.
  • Preparation of written reports to clients and insurance companies of the relevant facts and an analysis of the case.
  • Trial preparation including strategy discussions, client interviews, witness preparation, and preparation of direct and cross examination.
