Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating and litigating various legal matters, conducting Legal research and drafting. The Associate Attorney will work on a diverse range of cases, including ily Law and Criminal Defense.

Responsibilities: -
present clients in court - Conduct legal research on various issues. - Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. - Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients. - Provide legal advice to clients - Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed. - Stay current on developments in the law and changes in regulations. Requirements: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. - Admitted to practice law in the state of California. - Strong knowledge of Family Law preferred. However, if you're a newbie to Family law, we're happy to train as well. - Excellent research and writing skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
