Duties:

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters.
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and management.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Texas Bar and in good standing.
0-10 years of relevant legal experience (internships and clerkships considered).
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
