We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our Irvine, California office who is licensed to practice law in CA and TX. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' experience, possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and regularly exercise independent judgment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years' experience, possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines and regularly exercise independent judgment.
Duties:
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members and outside parties.
- Draft, review and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc.
- Review case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action.
- Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences
- Routinely communicate with clients
- Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients.
- Comply with all the firm's standard operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Required Skill/Abilities:
- Working knowledge of transactional and litigation procedures
- Excellent legal drafting, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to be detail-oriented, diligent, and flexible.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to think and act independently, and with minimal supervision.
- Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Education and Experience:
- Graduate of an accredited institution by the American Bar Association with a Juris Doctor degree and a specialization in law
- Licensed to practice law in the State of California and Texas and in good standing with both the California and Texas State Bar
- Licensed to practice law in the State of AZ, preferred but not required.
- Must have 3-7 years' experience.
