A Philadelphia Personal Injury Attorney is looking to hire an associate with at least 2 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense). Candidate should be able to handle cases from drafting complaint to trial. Candidate should be comfortable going to court regularly and have an outgoing personality. Candidate must have completed numerous arbitrations, depositions, expert depositions and jury trials.We are customer service focused and team oriented. We utilize best in class case management systems and have in house support for them. We spend significant money and time on technological efficiencies to make your work life more efficient and profitable. Looking for someone for the long term that will buy into our process and take off.
MUST be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. New Jersey license a plus. Active memberships in trial lawyer and local bar associations is heavily encouraged. Salary/medical/401k and generous percentage of fees from originated work and financial interest in cases that you resolve.
