A Law Firm in Roseland, New Jersey is seeking a talented and motivated associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation or real estate/transaction work for the bankruptcy group resident in our Trenton Office (hybrid schedule). Bankruptcy experience a plus. Associates in our Trenton office will have immediate exposure to clients, adversaries and courtroom experience. Candidates should be admitted in NJ (PA and/or NY admission a plus) and possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent drafting skills.
