About the Job:Established boutique plaintiffs' trial firm is seeking an associate licensed in the District of Columbia and Maryland. West Virginia license is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity to get real world litigation experience. Firm has over forty years of representing individuals in catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and product defect cases. Job responsibilities will include court appearances, depositions, drafting complaints, client interaction and all aspects of the discovery process. Attendance and participation in trial will also be expected. Candidates must be able to handle multiple files, work with numerous other attorneys, and pay close attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience working in a law firm and be a self starter. Part time and full time options will be considered.
