Licensed Attorney with a minimum of 1 year current litigation experience handling federal and claims is needed to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, motivated and familiar with legal concepts. Prior litigation experience is a must for this position and prior experience in Federal Court is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Discovery
• Perform legal research.
• Assist with motions and briefs.
• Keep detailed records of cases.

License/Certification:

• NY Bar (Required)
• Federal Bar (Preferred)
