The Buffalo Office of A Full-Service Law Firm Based in Buffalo, New York seeks an ambitious attorney with 0-3 years of experience for an Associate position with our Litigation Practice Team. From individuals and closely held companies to large multi-national corporations, our litigators represent clients in many state, federal, and appellate courts throughout the United States. We also regularly appear before governmental/administrative boards, agencies and commissions as well as arbitration and mediation panels. A few of our focus areas include business and commercial litigation, government investigations, municipal law, public sector labor, and real estate litigation.Strong skills in communication, legal advocacy, and writing are required. Excellent academic credentials, as well as prior experience in one or more of the above focus areas is preferred. The attorney selected for this position must be a self-starter and will have the opportunity for direct client contact. Applicants should have demonstrated ability to handle specific litigation tasks such as researching and drafting memorandum of law, ESI coordination, depositions, etc.
NY bar license is required.
