Our firm represents plaintiffs in cases involving: personal injury, workers' compensation, and social security disability claims.We are seeking an associate attorney to help litigate these cases. Experience is not necessary. We will provide immediate training with a goal of getting you into court in weeks rather than months/years. This is not a position where you will sit around and answer discovery all day. Our lawyers are in court almost every day throughout the DFW area. Support staff handles the grunt work.
This job requires an outgoing personality and the ability to communicate effectively. We would love to find someone who is fluent in Spanish, but that is not required. You must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
We have a team approach to working our cases. Our firm has a laid back feel, but we are aggressive in our strategies and arguments.
