Role Description:This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling labor and employment law matters. The day-to-day tasks may include reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court, preparing legal briefs, and providing legal counsel.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Ability to provide sound legal advice and perform legal research
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in workers' compensation - 1+ year minimum
- Southern CA Location preferred
