The Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to join the Litigation team in our Washington, D.C. office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You:
- You have 3-4 years of general litigation experience, experience with antitrust matters is a plus;
- You have very strong research and advocacy writing skills, as well as experience with drafting complaints and motions, conducting discovery, taking depositions, appearing in federal and state courts and corresponding with opposing counsel and clients;
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent);
- And you are admitted (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, Washington, D.C. and Virginia.
