Job Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of concentrated transactional tax experience within a Law Firm
- Mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and partnership experience required
- Experience with family offices, high net worth clients and oil & gas matters is beneficial
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background
- Must be admitted to the jurisdiction to which you are applying
