This role offers the opportunity for newly graduated Associates to work alongside experienced attorneys, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills necessary for a successful career in trust and estate law.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with partner-level attorneys to provide high-quality legal services in trust and estate planning and administration.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Work effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Drafting documents and meeting with clients to sign documents.
- Working toward conducting client seminars and workshops.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in Virginia.
- Passion for trust and estate law.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Self-awareness, motivation, and a desire for personal growth.
