Texas Attorneys has an immediate opening for an attorney with 3+ years of experience in our Austin office. This career opportunity will require significant work on complex transaction matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, asset and real estate sales and acquisitions, leases, and real estate finance transactions.

We are seeking an individual who is a hard-working self-starter with a long-term interest in developing his or her own practice. Previous associates in this position are now successful partners at the firm.

Desired Experience & Skills:

Experience handling legal matters related to real estate strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to produce client-ready work product and excellent client service in a timely and efficient manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex legal principles to non-experts in a clear and succinct fashion.
Detail-oriented problem solver who can function in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.

Required Qualifications:
