Overview:
A Technology-Enabled Law Firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney/Team Leader who is licensed in California. Significant first chair trial experience preferable.

This position will serve to mentor and lead our California team, so experience managing a group or department is necessary.

About us - We are a technology-enabled law firm with a nationwide footprint. Our insurance defense practice group has seen significant growth over the past few years and our growth is continuing. To address the needs of our existing clients, and to prepare for further expansion, we are seeking a trial attorney, Senior Counsel with 10+years of insurance defense experience, with subject matter expertise defending against general liability, products liability and commercial automobile claims. Previous experience with toxic tort claims is a plus.

This is a remote, work from home position, however, must be available to appear in court, at depositions, site inspections, etc. when necessary.
Our firm has employed a remote (work-from-home) model for our attorneys for years. A Technology-Enabled Law Firm attorneys are supported by a full staff of paralegals, legal case assistants, docket and calendar clerks, file clerks, etc., some working remotely, some working in a traditional office environment.

Our software applications (matter management system, document management system, etc.) are maintained in a cloud-based environment which firm personnel can access from virtually anywhere an internet connection is available. We are heavily invested in the use of technology to improve the efficacy and efficiency of the practice of law, and our practice is largely paperless. Therefore, candidates should be comfortable using technology in the practice of law and have a willingness to learn new technologies.
