We seek an experienced, full-time attorney defending employers and insurers on workers' compensation and related employment law issues. Ideal candidate has strong writing, organizational, and client development skills. 1-2 years of civil litigation experience preferred. Position is remote-hybrid.
You Are a Great Match if You:
- Have excellent writing and analytical skills;
- Work well under pressure and deadlines; and
- Are organized and have the ability to manage a caseload of up to 30 cases in different stages of litigation.
We Require That You:
- Have experience in law and motion;
- Have experience taking and defending depositions;
- And are in good standing with the state bar.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!
