Our fast-paced business immigration practice has an opportunity for a Business Immigration Associate to work with our San Francisco based team! We provide comprehensive immigration services to clients of all sizes in various industries, including numerous Fortune 500 companies. This flexible opportunity would allow the attorney to work from home occasionally; candidates must reside in the vicinity of the A Leading Labor & Employment Law Firm, San Francisco, California office location.

Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
  • 3+ years of experience with employment based visas (NIV and IV).
  • Experience with writing-based petitions and complex RFE responses.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and research skills.
  • Ability to manage and work effectively with remote team members.
