Description:
Business Litigation Associate. Must have 2-4 years civil litigation experience (or commensurate judicial research clerk experience) who has courtroom experience; a demonstrated ability to discern and draft legal argument; and is: adept at creative, analytical, and efficient research; highly organized; a team-player with attorneys and support staff; ambitious, capable of working independently and collaboratively; and able to manage a work-life balance while working in and enjoying a fun atmosphere of camaraderie. Must be licensed to practice in California. Employment litigation a plus.
