The Houston office of An Attorneys, Lawyers in Atlanta is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience. Candidate should have experience handling all phases of cases from beginning to end. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and preparing cases for trial. Successful candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong drafting, research and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Candidates must also possess the ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as within a team environment involving extensive collaboration with other attorneys, paralegals, and office staff.
