Description:

A Construction Law Firm is a small construction litigation firm that has been a notable member of the Texas construction legal community for more than 30 years. We are seeking an experienced commercial litigation associate attorney to support our busy litigation practice. This position will provide significant opportunities for substantive, hands-on experience including client interaction, mediations, depositions, court appearances, trials, and arbitrations, as well as extensive collaboration with the firm's partners.

Must already be licensed to practice in Texas to be considered for this position. Strong academic credentials are also required.

Ideal candidates will have:

4 to 7 years commercial litigation experience
Experience handling hearings, trials, and arbitrations
Case management experience including: drafting pleadings and motions, answering and propounding discovery; taking and defending depositions
