A Law Firm Focused on The Construction Industry is seeking an Associate to join our Construction Law practice. This position is based in our Carmel, IN office and offers growth potential within the firm.Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and J.D. with strong academic credentials
- 1+ years' experience
- Construction, commercial, and/or professional liability practice experience preferred
- Prior construction industry experience is a plus
- Deposition experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Exhibit exemplary presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
