An International Law Firm is seeking a Corporate associate with 4-6 years of experience in complex corporate and transactional matters to join our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in public company M&A, private company finance and capital markets transactions, corporate governance counseling, and securities; experience in ‘33 and ‘34 Act work will be considered a plus. High academic achievement, law firm experience, and strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California.
