A Dynamic International Law Firm Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire a Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years of experience representing public and private clients in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters to join our Chicago office.Successful candidates will have: Hands-on drafting and negotiating experience for complex M&A and private equity transactions and related investment agreements; experience as a key member of deal teams for a range of middle market transactions, including responsibility for producing acquisition, equity and related documents in a client-ready format and communicating with clients; and experience and ability to run key aspects of transactions while managing other associates and subject matter experts.
