We are looking for an associate with at least five years of law firm corporate real estate transactional experience to join our Corporate Real Estate team in NY. Ideal class years are 2016-2019. Significant real estate joint venture experience is required; private real estate M&A experience is a big plus. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
