An American International Law Firm has an opportunity available to work with the Employment and Labor practice group in our Los Angeles, Santa Monica, or San Diego offices. Our ideal candidate will have four+ years of broad experience and sophistication in employment law, with an interest in pursuing a practice focused on employment counseling, alongside litigation and transactional work. We are looking for candidates with experience and developing expertise in such things as advising clients on employment policies and practices, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements. Qualified candidates should have strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, a high level of motivation and initiative, willingness to help train and mentor junior associates, and a strong work ethic.
