Description:
A Global Law Firm is seeking a 3rd-5th Year associate for the Employment Law Department. Substantial litigation experience is required and employment litigation experience strongly preferred as is experience managing teams and directing strategy. Trade secret, covenants not to compete, pay equity, enforcement litigation or class/collective action experience a plus. Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required.
