A Business, Securities & Intellectual Property Law Firm market-leading Energy & Climate Solutions (ECS) Practice group has an exciting opening for a renewable energy project finance counsel or senior associate with 6-8 years of substantial transactional experience at a major law firm with a focus on project finance and/or structured asset-based finance and non-recourse lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience representing sponsors, borrowers, lenders, or investors in the renewable energy industry, including asset backed securitization or asset backed lending expertise. Experience in tax equity in solar, wind, and energy storage project assets is preferred, but experience in adjacent project or structured financing areas such as asset-based debt or securitizations, back-leverage or other credit facilities will suffice if the candidate has an interest in developing a broad expertise in financing in renewable energy projects and portfolios.
