Requirements & Responsibilities:

Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
Conduct client interviews to gather information and understand their needs and goals.
Assist with tax planning considerations for estate plans.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant estate planning issues.
Manage client files and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
