Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estate Planning Attorney at A General Practice Law Firm. The attorney will work in estate planning & transactional law, taking over a book of business from a retiring attorney. The attorney must be willing to participate in local networking and marketing efforts on behalf of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
- Strong Research and Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution is a plus
- Close proximity to Forest Lake is a plus
