Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, child custody, and domestic violence proceedings.
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on family law regulations and precedents.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations on behalf of clients.

Qualifications:
What We Need From You:
  • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Texas Bar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law cases (non-negotiable).
  • Evidence of valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
  • Proficiency in tracking billable hours and utilizing technology effectively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability.
  • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to Results-oriented outcomes.
  • Prior management experience or similar leadership roles are preferred.
