The New York office is seeking a 4th to 6th Year Associate to join its special situations finance practice, which sits inside its broader Financial Restructuring group. Ideal candidates would have experience working on complex finance transactions involving secured and unsecured credit facilities, special situation lending, and debt restructuring and must have a high attention to detail. This is a unique opportunity to join a very collaborative and thought intensive practice and represent a broad variety of industries at all levels of the capital structure. Our special situations finance practice is committed to mentoring, give associates the opportunity to take on more responsibility (if desired) and provides direct client contact and work with financial institutions as well as private companies. Restructuring experience or other special situations financing experience is a plus but not required.
