At An Immigration Law Firm We are looking for Immigration Attorneys, Criminal Attorneys and Personal Injury. We are a fast paced Law Firm with over 90% winning ratio. We handle complex immigration, Crimigracion and PI cases and are committed to representing individuals and families.

This in an onsite position in our office at Houston or San Antonio TX

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting legal research to support cases, drafting legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions, and providing written analyses of legal issues.
  • Interacting with clients to gather information, provide updates on case progress, and address their concerns.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, such as hearings and trials, and arguing motions on behalf of clients.
  • Managing and organizing case files, including maintaining documentation, deadlines, and communication with other parties involved in the case.
  • Working closely with partners and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies, prepare for cases, and seek guidance on complex legal issues.
  • Providing legal advice to clients, often under the supervision of more experienced attorneys.
  • Staying informed about changes in the law and participating in continuing legal education to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing immigration, PI or Crimigration law.
  • Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
  • Successful completion of the bar exam
  • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • Ability to work with senior attorneys to best serve client needs and grow our client base
  • Solid communication skills and problem-solving skills required in order to work with clients, staff members and senior attorneys.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Experience with immigration court proceedings, including asylum cases and removal proceedings, is highly desirable.
  • This in a Hybrid role, it requires working at least 3 days in our office at Tukwila, WA
