An International Law Firm seeks an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join the firm's Investigations and White-Collar Defense (IWCD) practice group. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEC or PCAOB enforcement matters, and other government and internal investigations. Experience with accounting or auditing matters is preferred.Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal and communication skills, a track record of insightful research and analysis, and persuasive writing abilities. We are looking for candidates who can and want to assume immediate responsibility and who are willing to work as an integral part of a high-performing and collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits in a collegial working environment that offers training and mentorship. Expected salary range is $250,000 to $370,000 depending on experience.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. Bar membership, active and in good standing, in the jurisdiction where you are practicing, is also required.
