Description:

ASAs will appear in the District and Circuit Courts for Charles County, Maryland and represent the State in criminal cases. Each attorney is responsible for litigating his/her assigned cases, to include providing discovery, summonsing, and interviewing witnesses, obtaining physical and digital evidence for use at trial, preparing pleadings, litigating pre-trial motions, litigating jury/bench trials, litigating sentencing hearings, litigating hearings on post-conviction and reconsideration of sentence motions, and other duties as assigned.

Starting Salary: Salary starting at $80,000. Starting salary dependent upon prior prosecutorial experience. Medical, dental and pension benefits included.

Experience: 0-5 years of experience. Must be admitted to the Maryland Bar.
