A Business, Securities & Intellectual Property Law Firm is seeking a junior associate with 2-4 years of experience working in healthcare law with a focus on regulatory compliance to join its digital health team. Candidates will have the opportunity to represent healthcare technology pioneers and be part of a team that currently represents more than 400 digital health companies. This position is an opportunity to work exclusively in digital health, representing startups and founder-led companies across all stages, from pre-formation to capital markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in and exposure to the corporate practice of medicine and state law considerations for multi-state digital health practices; federal, commercial, and self-insured payor reimbursement; value-based care and accountable care organizations; and fraud and abuse advising, including Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark law, False Claims Act, fee-splitting, and other state fraud and abuse laws.

We are looking for attorneys with a strong interest in the use of technology in healthcare, including artificial intelligence, healthcare IT, telehealth/telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, wearables, and health apps, and be passionate about using technology to shape the future of healthcare. Candidate must have superior organizational and project management skills, a meticulous eye for detail, a commitment to client service and experience, and good business judgment.
