An American Business and Litigation Law Firm has an exciting associate attorney opportunity in the area of traditional labor law. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of five years of experience in California traditional labor and employment law, including work on arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges. The candidate should have a general understanding of federal and state employment laws. Experience with employment litigation and agency charges is helpful but not required. Prior NLRB experience is a plus.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident, self-motivated attorney with a desire to grow professionally and work in a nationally recognized labor and employment practice. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and writing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Candidates should be active members of the California bar.
