A Global Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel for our award-winning and growing Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice, which resides within our Litigation Department and coordinates with other relevant practices across the firm.Candidates must have at least 7 or more years of significant experience with government-facing life sciences/healthcare investigations and/or significant U.S. healthcare compliance and counseling. Additional Regulatory, Medical Device and R&D experience preferred. Similar, global / FCPA experience also welcomed, as are business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit. This position will also require a consistent commitment to business development and the development of firm client relationships.
Outstanding academic credentials and law firm experience are required. This position may reside in our New York, Houston, Los Angeles, or Orange County offices, and candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
