Description:
Boutique law firm seeks a recent bar admittee or one year of experience (will train the right recent bar admittee) in civil litigation. The applicant should have relevant experience in propounding/responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, managing document intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial. Excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic, are also critical for success in this position.Practice areas include trust and estates litigation, family law, estate planning, business transactions and business litigation.
The associate will be expected to support all practice area of the firm depending on needs.

Candidates Must Possess The Following Qualifications:
- Must be admitted to and be in good standing with the CA State Bar.
- Recent Bar admittee or one year of experience
