- Draft pleadings
- Law and Motion
- Discovery management (written and depositions)
- Create litigation budgets and communicate same with clients
- Effectively communicate case status with firm and client
- Attention to detail
- Utilize all necessary word processing, case management, email, and billing software
- Fast-paced clear communications
- Focus and desire to excel and succeed daily
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate should possess 2 - 7 years of experience in trust and estate administration law.
- Having completed an LLM in Taxation would be advantageous for this position.
- A JD/Juris Doctorate is a required qualification.
- California Bar Admission and being a member in good standing are essential.
- Strong ability to write clearly, logically, and grammatically, while incorporating legal analyses into work.
- Excellent organization, computer, and math skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in analyzing facts and discovery to apply to relevant statutes and case law.
- Skilled at verbally presenting case facts, legal analyses, and recommendations.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
