Description:
A Leading Provider of Legal & Consultative Services is seeking an associate with three to five years of experience with medical malpractice, laboratory medicine and professional liability matters. Candidates should be admitted to practice in California. A clerkship and employment litigation experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will be a strong researcher and writer, and willing to learn and hone litigation skills such as taking and defending depositions, arguing motions in federal and state court, working with expert witnesses, and preparing for trial.
