Small law firm is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience in civil law. Responsibilities include case analysis and development, deadline management, document analysis, research and drafting of pleadings, and discovery. Candidate must be able to handle all stages of litigation, motions, as well as discovery. Candidate must be licensed in California. Trial / Contested hearing experience in Civil Law matters is a must.Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience.
