Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in State and Federal court and/or in arbitration
- First Chair Trial
- Primary docket of MVA's, slip and falls, commercial, and daycare negligence
Qualifications:
- Licensed in Texas
- Prior first chair trial experience or substantial second chair work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
