A Multidisciplinary, International Law Firm is seeking an Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join its Litigation group in Chicago, IL. Experience with trust, estate, and guardianship controversies is strongly preferred. The Attorney can sit in Chicago, Detroit, Washington D.C., or Philadelphia. All candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state in which they reside.The ideal candidate will possess the following skillsets:
- A demonstrated interest in trust, estate, and guardianship litigation and administration
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
- Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
