A Commercial Law Firm Environmental practice is seeking an associate with experience in any of a broad range of environmental programs.The environmental practice works with public and private, national, and international clients who own, lease, develop, finance, and manage agricultural, commercial office, retail, energy, industrial, residential, and mixed-use properties throughout Florida and the United States. We represent clients in all aspects of land use, environmental, property rights, development, and acquisition matters. The successful candidate will work with a variety of clients on sophisticated state and federal environmental projects including those involving:
- Wetland and water resource permitting
- Water supply permitting
- Endangered species
- Mitigation banking
- Remediation and cleanup
- Air permitting
- State and Federal administrative practice
- Administrative litigation
