The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in corporate and securities law, with experience in public company securities offerings and SEC reporting compliance required. Candidates will be working with the corporate practice's growing capital markets clients, and should be experienced with sophisticated finance transactions, including public securities offerings, as well as general corporate and corporate governance matters relating to public companies.
Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
