The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial real estate leasing and general commercial real estate transactional work, which may include development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, zoning and land development approvals, and title/survey review. Renewable energy experience is also desirable. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as be admitted and in good standing to practice in Pennsylvania.
Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
