Job Description:
We are seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three (3+) years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice with a focus on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation, for any our Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Washington D.C. offices. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. In-house candidates are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply. WA bar preferred, but not required.
